Our Team
At Énóis, gender, race, and territory are central, as our commitment to reducing inequalities and advancing democracy in everyday life begins within our own team. We are a group primarily composed of women and Black people, working in São Paulo, Pará, and Pernambuco.
In 2023, Sanara Santos became the first Black, transgender, and peripheral woman to join the leadership of a communication organization in Brazil, further strengthening our mission.
