Journalist graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) with a postgraduate degree in Communication Management from ECA-USP, she is founder and president of Associação Énois, which has spent 18 years working to develop territories through communication.

Social Communication undergraduate at UFPE/CAA. Sees communication as a tool to strengthen education, culture, and art through narratives that connect people and territories.

Master's candidate in Communication and Social Innovation at UFPE, works on building connections between people, companies, and civil society organizations to strengthen initiatives that address inequality.

Geographer, researcher, and consultant. Develops research, monitoring and evaluation, theory of change, and projects on gender, sexualities, territory, public policy, and climate justice.

Independent artist and cultural producer who believes in communication as a transformative tool for peripheral territory, where he has worked since 2011 on projects and funding initiatives for local culture in the streets of São Paulo's east zone.

Programs and projects manager dedicated to strengthening civil society organizations and networks. Works at the intersection of communication, institutional development, and socio-environmental justice to expand the impact of collective initiatives.

Master's in Computational Intelligence, driven by challenges, innovation, and social impact. A developer by nature, works as Head of Product, responsible for creating and launching new products, restructuring the technology team, and connecting strategy with operations.

Architect and Urban Planner (UFPE) and graphic designer (IFPE). Served as Architecture and Design coordinator at the Recife Department of Education and, since April 2023, has been a graphic design contributor at Énois.

Sanara Santos is a journalist and producer, vice president of Énois, and co-founder of Transmídia. Works on producing and managing journalism projects focused on human rights, social justice, and strategic communication.

Journalist with a master's in Sociology. Works on building communication strategies and institutional development focused on sustainability and reducing inequality. ICFJ Fellow, spent ten years covering economics for outlets such as Folha de S.Paulo and G1. Mother of Nuno and Maria.

Graduated in Design from UFSC with a focus on Usability, 10 years of experience in Web Development. Born in Florianópolis/SC, now living in São Paulo. Develops and maintains websites for culture, activism, social impact, and progressive lawmaker projects.

Administrator by training and raised on social projects, I've worked in the nonprofit sector for about 8 years, handling administrative and financial routines. I was a major beneficiary of social programs throughout my life, so I firmly believe that the purpose of our work is to transform realities and communicate effectively with all audiences.
